CHAP. 512.— An act granting a pension to William Ford.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Ford. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of William Ford, late a private in company H, One hundred and thirty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
