CHAP. 511.— An Act granting a pension to Jacob Kintz, alias John Walters.July 2, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Kintz, alias John Walters.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Jacob Kintz, alias John Walters, late of Company G. Second Battery, United States Infantry, afterward of the Twenty-first United States Infantry, and later under new enlistment, assigned to Company I, Twenty-first United States Infantry. Approved, July 2, 1888.
