CHAP. 510.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph W. Eubank.July 2, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph W. Eubank.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Captain Joseph W. Eubank, of Company K, Second Regiment Arkansas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate allowed captains. Approved, July 2, 1888.
