CHAP. 508.— An Act for the relief of A. B. Tyan.June 29, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*,A. B. Tyan.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to pay to A. B. Tyan, the sum of three thousand six hundred and eighteen dollars and eighty cents, being the sum found due to the said A. B. Tyan from the United States when the Secretary of State, in obedience to an act of Congress entitled “An act for the relief of Vol. 24, p. 683.Victor Beauboucher, passed March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six” (private number twenty), audited the expenditures of Victor Beauboucher, late consul of the United States at Jerusalem.
