CHAP. 505.— An act granting a pension to Bennett Cooper.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bennett Cooper. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Bennett Cooper, who served in Captain Cammel’s company, from the State of Alabama, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1889.
