CHAP. 505.— An Act to pay Aaron Friedheim the rebate due him under the act of March third, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-three.June 29, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Aaron Friedheim.Payment to. That the sum of twenty-two dollars and seven cents be paid to Aaron Friedheim, of Camden, Ouachita County, Arkansas, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the rebate due him under the act of March third, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-three,Vol. 22, p. 489. of taxes paid on tobacco, snuff, cigars, and cigarettes, the claim for which having been lost in the transmission thereof Approved, June 29, 1888.
