CHAP. 502.— An act granting a pension to Frank M. Martin.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank M. Martin. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, the name of Frank M. Martin, ate of Company H. Sixth Regiment Kentucky Cavalry. Approved, March 2, 1889.
