CHAP. 500.— An act granting a pension to Benjamin F. Clayton.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin F. Clayton. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Benjamin F. Clayton, late a captain in Company F, One hundred and second Regiment New York Volunteers, on the pension-roll, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889.
