CHAP. 5.— An Act making an appropriation to carry into effect the provisions of an act approved March second, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, entitled “An act to establish agricultural experimental stations in connection with the colleges established in the several States under the provisions of an act approved July second, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and of acts supplementary thereto.February 1, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Agricultural experiment stations.
That to carry into effect the provisions of an act approved March second, eighteen hundredVol. 24, p. 440. and eighty-seven, entitled “An act to establish agricultural experiment stations in connection with the colleges established in the several States, under the provisions of an act Vol. 12, p. 503.approved July second, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and of the acts supplementary thereto,” the sum of five hundred and Appropriation.eighty-five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
