CHAP. 49.— An Act appropriating twenty thousand dollars for expenses of special and select committees of the Senate.April 2, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Senate.Appropriation for special and select committees. That there be appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated. the sum of twenty thousand dollars, to be immediately available, for the expenses of special and select committees and inquiries and investigations ordered by the Senate. Approved, April 2, 1888.
