CHAP. 482.— An act for the relief of William S. Kellington.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William S. Kellington. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William S. Kellington, late of the Fifth Independent Battery. New York Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1889.
