CHAP. 473.— An act for the relief of J. S. Flake, guardian of Samuel Howard.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Howard. Payment to guardian of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars to James S. Flake, guardian of Samuel Howard (a lunatic), of Henderson County, Tennessee, the same being for quartermaster’s stores, consisting of one horse, taken from the said Howard and appropriated by the military forces of the United States.
