CHAP. 467.— An act to restore to the pension-roll the name of Catherine Buchanan.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Buchanan. Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore the name of Catharine Buchanan, widow of William Buchanan, late a private in Company L, Fourth Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, to the pension roll, and that she paid a pension, subject to the provisions of the general pensions laws. Approved, March 2, 1889.
