CHAP. 466.— An act to increase the pension of Theodore White.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Theodore White. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theodore White, formerly a corporal in Company M. Seventh New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers, and to pay him a pension for disease of the lungs, in addition to the pension he now receives for gunshot wound. Approved, March 2, 1889.
