CHAP. 466.— An Act granting a pension to Raphael Fowler.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Raphael Fowler.Pension. That the name of Raphael Fowler be placed upon the pension-roll of the United States as the dependent father of Raphael S. Fowler, late a private in the Fifty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 21, 1888.
