CHAP. 465.— An act to increase the pension of Elizabeth M. Allen.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth M. Allen. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to increase the pension of Elizabeth M. Allen, widow of John Allen, late a private of the Forty-third Regiment United States Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, from twelve dollars per month to twenty dollars per month, on account of her old age and extreme poverty; that the increase be allowed from the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1889.
