CHAP. 464.— An act to increase the pension of James M. Barrett.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James M. Barrett. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James M. Barrett, late a private in Company K, Twenty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889.
