CHAP. 464.— An Act granting a pension to Heman Rankins.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Heman Rankins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the pension laws, the name of Heman Rankins, late a private in Company B, First Maine Coast Guards Volunteers.
