CHAP. 459.— An act granting an increase of pension to Frank Wolford.March 2, 1889. Frank Wolford. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frank Wolford, late colonel of the First Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and grant him a pension of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1889.
