CHAP. 456.— An act for the removal of the political disabilities of Henry A. Ramsay.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry A. Ramsay. Political disabilities removed. (*two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*. That all political disabilities imposed upon and incurred by Henry A. Ramsay, of Maryland, by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, be. and they are hereby, removed. Approved, March 2, 1889.
