CHAP. 454.— An act granting a pension to M. Josie McClain.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,M. Josie McClain. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of M. Josie McClain, widow of the late Ensign Charles Sumner McClain, United States Navy, and pay her a pension of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1889.
