CHAP. 452.— An act granting a pension to George Hunter.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George Hunter. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of George Hunter, late captain Company A, Dayton Volunteers, of Washington Territory, who was severely wounded in the shoulder and neck in a battle with the Indians in the war with the Nez Perces, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 2, 1889.
