CHAP. 448.— An act granting a pension to Anna J. Weaver.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Anna J. Weaver. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Anna J. Weaver, imbecile daughter of Julius G. Weaver, late private of Company K, One hundred and fifty-first Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay to her legally constituted guardian, for her use and benefit, a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1889.
