CHAP. 448.— An Act for the relief of William Burk.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Burk.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to all the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, the name of William Burk, late lieutenant of Company D, Thirtieth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and to pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, June 21, 1888.
