CHAP. 444.— An Act granting a pension to Alpheus Dyer.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alpheus Dyer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alpheus Dyer, of Belfast, Maine, late a private in the One hundredth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers. Approved, June 21, 1888.
