CHAP. 442.— An Act granting a pension to Mary O’Neil.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary O’Neil.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Mary O’Neil, sister of Thomas C. O’Neil, late captain of Company E. Twenty-fifth Massachusetts Volunteers, and pay to her legally-constituted guardian the sum of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, June 21, 1888.
