CHAP. 44.— An act granting an increase of pension to Laura L. Wallen.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Laura L. Wallen. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to increase the pension to Laura L. Wallen, widow of Henry D. Wallen, late colonel of the Second Infantry, United States Army, to the sum of fifty dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1889.
