CHAP. 439.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen St Cyr.June 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen St. Cyr.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law, the name of Ellen St. Cyr, widow of Abner St. Cyr, late a first lieutenant in Company G, of the Fourth Regiment of Minnesota Volunteers, and to pay tier a pension from and after the passage or this act. Approved, June 21, 1888.
