CHAP. 434.— An Act to increase the pension of Henry L. Potter.June 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry L. Potter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized, and directed to increase the pension of Henry L. Potter, late colonel of the Seventy-first Regiment of New York State Volunteers, to fifty dollars per month. Approved, June 20, 1888.
