CHAP. 433.— An act for the relief of S. Dillinger and Sons.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,S. Dillinger & Sons. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to S. Dillinger and Sons, of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and ninety-six dollars and ninety cents; the same being money paid for stamps for distilled spirits on the seventeenth day of June, eighteen hundred and eighty-one, which said spirits were destroyed by fire on the same day, before said stamps were received at the distillery.
