CHAP. 432.— An Act to increase the pension of James R. Porter.June 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James R. Porter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James R. Porter, late colonel of the One hundred and thirty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, June 20, 1888.
