CHAP. 430.— An Act to pension Leah Roark.June 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Leah Roark.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Leah Roark, widow of Yancy Roark, late a private of T. J. Babcock’s company of Missouri independent militia. Approved, June 20, 1888.
