CHAP. 43.— An act granting an increase of pension to Francis De Freitas.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis De Freitas. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to all the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis De Freitas, who was a private in Company G, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month from and after the passage of this act in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
