CHAP. 426.— An act for the relief of Henry M. Rector.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry M. Rector. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Henry M. Rector the sum of three hundred and ninety-nine dollars and ninety-one cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury not other-wise appropriated, the same being the amount standing to the credit of said Rector on the books of the Treasury of the United States, as shown by page one hundred and sixty-two, Executive Document Number Three Hundred and Sixty-three, first session, Forty-ninth Congress.
