CHAP. 42.— An act for the relief of William R. Rodgers.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William R. Rodgers. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the rate of pension now allowed to William R. Rodgers, late a private of Company F, of the Twenty-seventh Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, under certificate numbered two hundred and fifty-two thousand four hundred and four, from the sum of eight dollars per month to the sum of fifty dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1889.
