CHAP. 411.— An Act for the relief of Frances Anne Pyne Ricketts.June 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances Anne Pyne Ricketts.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll of the United States the name of Frances Anne Pyne Ricketts, widow of James B. Ricketts, late a major-general in the United States Army, retired, and to pay her a pension of one hundred dollars per month, to take effect from and after the passage of this act, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 18, 1888.
