CHAP. 41.— An Act granting a pension to Mary C. Knight.March 24, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary C. Knight.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mary C. Knight, dependent daughter of Luther M. Knight, of Franklin, New Hampshire, late surgeon of the Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers, and chief medical officer of the First Division Army Corps, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month, payable to her legally constituted guardian. Approved, March 24, 1888.
