CHAP. 404.— An Act to place the name of Casper Seibel on the pension-roll.June 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Casper Seibel.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1082 the name of Casper Seibel, late of Company G, Fourth Regiment of Kentucky Cavalry, on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 18, 1888.
