CHAP. 402.— An Act act for the relief of George E. Oliphant.June 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George E. Oliphant.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of George E. Oliphant, late a private in Company I, Seventeenth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 18, 1888.
