CHAP. 40.— An act for the relief of John Sweeney.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Sweeney. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place the name of John Sweeney, late a seaman in the United States Navy, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January 15, 1889.
