CHAP. 39.— An act for the relief of Ida M. Howell.January 15, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ida M. Howell. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll the name of Ida M. Howell, the dependent sister of the late Lieutenant-Colonel Judd M. Mott, Sixteenth Michigan Regiment Company I, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, as it she was the widow instead of the sister of the said Judd M. Mott. Approved, January 15, 1889.
