CHAP. 39.— An Act to increase the pension of Hubert M. Potter.March 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hubert M. Potter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Hubert M. Potter, late private Company B, Fourteenth United States Infantry to the amount of forty-five dollars per month. Approved, March 23, 1888.
