CHAP. 387.— An Act for the relief of James B. Mitchell.June 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James B. Mitchell.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James B. Mitchell the sum of four hundred and thirty-eight dollars, for services as surveyor of customs at the port of Yorktown, Virginia, from September seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, to January thirty-first, eighteen hundred and eighty-three. Approved, June 9, 1888.
