CHAP. 380.— An Act granting an increase of pension to John G. Merritt.June 8, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John G. Merritt.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John G. Merritt, late a sergeant of Company K. First Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, June 8, 1888.
