CHAP. 37.— An Act granting a pension to John Humes.March 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Humes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place oil the pension-roll, subject to the pension laws, the name of John Humes, father of George W. Humes, deceased, late a private in Company E, Second Maine Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, March 23, 1888.
