CHAP. 369.— An act providing for the construction of a steam-tender for service on the Great Lakes.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Light-house Establishment. Tender for service on the Great Lakes. *Proviso*. Advertisement. That a steam-tender for light-house duty on the Northwestern Lakes to be constructed at a cost not to exceed eighty-five thousand dollars: *Provided*, That the construction of said tender shall be let to the lowest responsible bidder after advertisement. Approved, March 2, 1889.
