Pearce.Payment to. That the sum of eighty dollars be paid to S. H. Pearce, of Columbia County, Arkansas, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for excess of purchase-money paid by him for certain lands in said county. Approved, June 6, 1888.
