CHAP. 366.— An act for the establishment of a light-house and steam fog-signal on the outer breakwater at the harbor of Chicago, Illinois.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Chicago, Ills. Light-house and fog-signal on breakwater. That a light-house and steam fog-signal be established on the easterly end of the outer breakwater at the harbor of Chicago. Lake Michigan, Illinois, at a *Proviso*.cost not to exceed thirty-six thousand dollars: *Provided*, That this light may be established at any time without regard to the complition of said breakwater.
