CHAP. 365.— An Act to enlarge, improve, and make repairs upon the United States courthouse and post-office building in Atlanta, Georgia, and to appropriate money therefor.June 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Atlanta, Ga.Public building to be enlarged, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enlarge, improve, and make repairs upon the United States courthouse and post-office building in Atlanta, Georgia; and said enlargements, improvements, and repairs to be made upon plans and specifications under and by direction of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury.
Sec. 2. That for the purposes named in the preceding section theAppropriation. sum of one hundred and twenty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, June 6, 1888.
