CHAP. 364.— An act to establish lights on the western end of Coney Island, New York.March 2, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Coney Island. N. Y. Light-house and fog-signal established. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to establish a light or lights and a fog signal on the western end of Coney Island, New York, at a sum not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars. Approved, March 2, 1889.
